COMPOSITE BODY CONTAINING INACTIVATED VIRUS PARTICLE AND USE THEREOF

Disclosed is a novel technique for enhancing the CTL activation effect of an antigen-bound liposome. Specifically disclosed is a composite body which contains an inactivated virus particle, an antigen and a liposome. The composite body is characterized in that the liposome contains a phospholipid, which has an acyl group having one unsaturated bond and 14-24 carbon atoms or a hydrocarbon group having one unsaturated bond and 14-24 carbon atoms, and a stabilizer for the liposome. The composite body is also characterized in that the virus particle and the antigen are bound to the surface of the liposome.
