<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell manufacturing method, achieving a rear face electrode having high reflectivity. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of a solar cell having a light-receiving surface electrode 4, formed on the light receiving surface of a silicon substrate 2, and a back electrode 10 on a back face, which is a face on the opposite side to the light receiving surface of the silicon substrate, the solar cell manufacturing method includes the steps of: forming a backside electric field layer 8 on the back face side of the silicon substrate; forming the light-receiving surface electrode; and forming a silver electrode as the back electrode, after forming the light-receiving surface electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
