<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission member with an inspection apparatus, capable of attaining low manufacturing cost, easy installation and inspection of wear to the transmission member. <P>SOLUTION: The transmission member includes a major axis 1, a moving body 2, a reflux member 3, a plurality of rolling members 4, and the inspection apparatus 5. The inspection apparatus 5 includes a Hall IC 52 and a magnetic member 51, and is installed on the moving body 2 and in a rolling path of the rolling member 4. When the transmission member operates at a constant speed, the inspection apparatus 5 measures a frequency per predetermined time for which the rolling member 4 passes through the inspection apparatus 5 (hereinafter referred to as a ball passage frequency). A determination apparatus 5 compares the ball passage frequency to a preset ball passage frequency. When the ball passage frequency is lower than a preset value, the determination apparatus transmits a signal to a relay, so that the relay operates an alarm device and the alarm device issues an alarm signal to notify a user of the occurrence of abnormality in the transmission member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
