<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of deciding optimum welding conditions when joining a pair of resin molded bodies by welding. <P>SOLUTION: Heat absorbed when a joint part of the resin molded bodies is fused is taken into account. In particular, when the pair of resin molded bodies are joined by welding by means of light in a laser welding method or the like, a supply energy supplied to a resin from the light is calculated by considering a beam diameter of light, a transmittance of light, etc. and, by using the supply energy and considering thermal diffusion coefficient D, scanning speed of light, etc., an absorption energy absorbed by the resin from the light is calculated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
