<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sufficient power for driving a MOSFET control circuit and to improve operation stability of a power supply device. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply device includes: a rectification section 2 where a lower step-side element of a full wave rectifier circuit is constituted of MOSFET; a load electric device 3 to which DC power outputted from the rectification section is supplied; and a control circuit 4 of the rectification section having a load voltage detection section detecting terminal voltage of the load electric device and an AC voltage detection section detecting input terminal voltage of a magneto-generator. The control circuit 4 sets the rectification section to be a full wave rectification mode when the terminal voltage of the load electric device is equal to a prescribed value or below, short-circuits input terminals of the magnet-type generator when the terminal voltage of the load electric device is equal to the prescribed value or above, and it has a power supply section to which power for driving the control circuit is supplied from a magneto-generator-side and maintains the full wave rectification mode even if the terminal voltage of the load electric device is equal to the prescribed value or above when power for driving the control circuit cannot be secured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
