The attenuating substance (142) comprises at least one matrix material (170) and at least one first filler (172) that is introduced in the matrix material (170) and at least one second filler (174) that is introduced in the matrix material (170). The first filler (172) has a lower relative density than the matrix material (170). The second filler (174) has a higher relative density than the matrix material (170).
