<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device capable of preventing reproduction quality from deteriorating at the time of a handover to a different radio communication network. <P>SOLUTION: When a handover from a first radio communication network 121 to a second radio communication network 122 is determined, a delay prediction section 321 reads out a network delay value that is associated with positional information acquired from a positional information acquisition section 330 from a delay value table 322. The delay prediction section 321 predicts a optimum jitter buffer size using a second radio communication delay time β and a first radio communication delay time α before the handover, and supplies the predicted jitter buffer size to a jitter buffer control section 320.
