<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately adjust an optical axis from a laser light source to a desired position. <P>SOLUTION: In a laser light source device 1 having a laser diode 303 for emitting laser light, a laser diode holder 304 for fixing the laser diode 303 and a base table 2 to which the laser diode holder 304 is fitted, the laser diode holder 304 is provided with a linear shape portion 304c at a part thereof and provided with an arcuate shape portion 304b at a part of the opposite part side so that the laser diode 303 is sandwiched between the linear shape portion 304c and the arcuate shape portion 304b, whereby the linear shape portion 304c and the arcuate shape portion 304b are provided as a holding target portion by a jig 10 for adjusting the optical axis of the laser diode 303. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
