<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting an exposure failure in an exposure part of a mesh-like conductive layer formed on a perimeter of a display filter. <P>SOLUTION: The method for detecting an exposure failure in an exposure part of a mesh-like conductive layer, the exposure part being formed by removal of an insulation layer on the perimeter of a display filter including a mesh-like conductive layer and an insulation layer successively on a base material, comprises measuring an electric resistance through a conductive member placed on the exposure part, and detecting an exposure failure from the electric resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
