<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen a particle size of a resin in an aqueous emulsion in order to form a thin coating surface with good appearance using an aqueous emulsion material of a small amount since that a coarse particle in an aqueous emulsion is removed, and thereby a uniform coating surface can be formed by a thinner thickness comparing with an aqueous emulsion containing a coarse particle, and an amount of an emulsion which coating requires can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The coarse particle in the aqueous emulsion can be removed by the manufacturing method of the aqueous emulsion which includes: a process which emulsifies a resin in water; a process which filters an emulsified product obtained at the previous process; and a process which collects a filtrate obtained at the previous process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
