STYLUS PEN AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to communication terminal technology, and in particular, a stylus pen and a manufacturing method thereof. An embodiment of the present invention allows for selecting a plurality of contents that are pre-installed in a communication terminal and performing an operation by touching one selected content from among the plurality. The stylus pen comprises a resilient, non-conductive pen tip; and a protective cap made of conductive fiber which is covered over a convex top surface of the pen tip for protection. The stylus pen minimizes any possible recognition errors which may occur when selecting a variety of icons shown on a touch-screen of the communication terminal and prevents the running of any undesired contents. The stylus pen thus manufactured to comprise a resilient, non-conductive pen tip and a protective cap made of conductive fiber for protecting the pen tip as described above can maximally reduce the number of scratches of various kinds which occur between a touch screen and the protection cap as the pen is repeatedly used to select an icon on the touch-screen of the communication terminal, and minimize the wear of the protective cap in direct contact with the touch-screen.
