<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide synthetic image data with the same capacity as that of color image data including both of the color image data and binary image data. <P>SOLUTION: The color image data in which each color is expressed in a bit string and which consists of pixels to be arranged in a matrix is created by an acquired document file (steps S100-S110), binary image data with the same resolution and binary image data with low resolution which consists of binary pixels to be arranged in the matrix are generated based on the color image data (steps S120-S130). Then, first synthesis processing for replacing a value of one lower bit of a prescribed color of each pixel of the color image data corresponding to each pixel with a value of each pixel of the binary image data with the same resolution is performed, and second synthesis processing for replacing a value of one lower bit of a color except the bit replaced in the first synthesis processing of each pixel of first synthetic image data corresponding to each pixel with a value of each pixel of the binary image data with the low resolution is performed (steps S140-S150). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
