<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the timing of switching an execution environment for utilizing a device be different depending on situations. <P>SOLUTION: A determination part 221 determines the utilization situations of other devices (devices other than a display device 300) by the plurality of execution environments (211, 212, 213). When the execution environment for displaying a screen at the display device 300 is switched from a first execution environment to a second execution environment, a management part 222 makes the timing of enabling the second execution environment to utilize the other device be different corresponding to the utilization situation of the other device determined by the determination part 221.
