An electrode (30) is spaced apart from another electrode (38), and is in electrically-conductive relationship with the latter substrate. A flexible strip (42) is in electrically-conductive relationship with each of electrodes and the former substrate. The strip is formed from an electrically-conductive material. Melting point temperature of the strip is greater than or equal to that of one of the metal substrates.
