<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for easily making and communicating a work schedule including information necessary for workers carrying out service work outside a company and a system capable of checking progression of work and carrying out attendance management. <P>SOLUTION: Schedule management system is reorganized into a work-based system which manages information of a team structure to engage with the work, a work cite, work descriptions, work tools and the like altogether as a set, which is automatically delivered to portable phones of all workers in charge. When any change is made to the schedule, a set of updated information is delivered to all the workers. With this, paper based schedule is eliminated and notification errors can be reduced. Workers notify ones' own attendance to each work task through ones' own portable phones.
