<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna composite unit and a cold plate integrated reflector which enable efficient cooling by liquid cooling while maintaining small, light, and thin configuration without structural complication. <P>SOLUTION: A coolant passage is formed inside of a reflector which is a part of a component in an antenna composite unit, and by making the reflector function as a cold plate of liquid cooling system, the reflector and the cold plate are integrated to be a component.
