<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brace lock capable of taking countermeasures against problems such as follows: although a scaffold for a construction site uses a prefabricated one (bite scaffold), a nail for brace lock falls off due to aged deterioration and the brace is released, which causes a very dangerous state; although a frame itself can not be immediately replaced because of its expensiveness and corresponding measures are taken by binding the frame through use of strings, bind wires, annealing wires and like, the frame is poor in the reliability and safety of the scaffold, furthermore at the time of the dismantling strings, bind wires, annealing wires and the like must be cut off; because the cut off strings, bind wires, annealing wires can not be reused, they are disposed of as garbages and metallic wastes. <P>SOLUTION: To this end, as shown in the figure 3, the invention solves the above problem by constituting a free metal string with a plate, a wire, a bolt and a butterfly-nut to bind the brace to a bite main leg. According to this method, garbages, metallic wastes do not occur, and also the reliability and safety of the scaffold improve. In addition, by manufacturing all the components with stainless steel, rust or the like does not occur and the components can be attached/detached without a tool and besides the component can be used repeatedly and semipermanently, so that the cost also can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
