<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to increase a variable amount of the volume of a pressure chamber. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid droplet ejection head includes: a partition wall sheet 55 constituting a partition wall which partitions a pressure chamber 87 where a liquid material is stored; a piezoelectric element 61 provided on the opposite side of the pressure chamber 87 of the partition wall sheet 55; a vibrating plate 63 provided between the piezoelectric element 61 and the partition wall sheet 55, which transmits the deformation of the piezoelectric element 61 to the partition wall sheet 55; and a supporting part for swingably supporting the vibrating plate 63. The vibrating plate 63 is provided with a transmitted part where the deformation of the piezoelectric element 61 is transmitted; and an operating part 103a facing the transmitted part by holding the supporting part, which transmits the deformation transmitted from the piezoelectric element 61 to the transmitted part to the partition wall sheet 55.
