<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a batch type dehydrator cannot perform continuous production and has difficulty for continuous dehydration, thus making it difficult to enhance a dehydration rate. <P>SOLUTION: This dehydrator includes: a treatment chamber having an input port for inputting sherbet ice and a takeout port for taking out the sherbet ice; and a caterpillar arranged either of or both a lateral face and a floor of the treatment chamber and transferring the sherbet ice toward the takeout port. The floor of the treatment chamber includes the caterpillar when the caterpillar is arranged, and has a net shape for making the moisture of the sherbet ice during transfer drop down to an underfloor space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
