<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die that can prevent the breakage of a solidified resin in a runner on forcible extraction of a solidified resin in a submarine gate. <P>SOLUTION: In the molding die 10, a molten resin is filled into a cavity 16 formed by mold clamping between a fixed die 12 and a movable die 14 through a sprue 18, a runner 20 and a submarine gate 22, after the solidification of the molten resin, the fixed die 12 and the movable die 14 are opened, and the solidified resin in the sprue 18 is extruded by an extrusion pin 26, thus the solidified resin in the submarine gate 22 is subjected to forced extraction via the solidified resin in the runner 20. Upon the forced extraction of the solidified resin in the submarine gate 22, the sprue 18, the runner 20 and the submarine gate 22 are formed such that turning effort is produced in a non-product part 24 made of the sprue 18, the runner 20 and the solidified resin in the submarine gate 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
