The present invention relates to compounds selected from a group consisting of novel pyrazinone derivatives having an apoptosis-inducing activity, the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, the isomers thereof, and the hydrates and solvates thereof, and to pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds as active ingredients. The compounds and the pharmaceutical compositions of the present invention can effectively treat diseases caused by the inhibition of apoptosis.
