The method involves positioning a nozzle device with a supply line at or in flow-through cross-section, and injecting a chemical active substance e.g. adipic acid dichloride and hexamethylenediamine, into the flow-through cross-section through the nozzle device. The supplied substance is utilized as a reactant for reaction e.g. radically catalyzed polymerization, polycondensation and polyaddition, or utilized as a catalyst on a medium flowing in the cross-section. The reaction is triggered by supply of the substance for formation of solids that clog the cross-section. The method involves injecting isobutylene dissolved in liquid propane into the cross-section under separate supply of boron trifluoride.
