<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To emit light from a light emitting diode with high brightness while suppressing leakage current by connecting switching contacts in parallel. <P>SOLUTION: A lighting display device comprises a transformer 42 having a primary winding 43 and a secondary winding 44, and a light emitting diode 41 which is lighted with power supplied from the secondary winding 44 of the transformer 42. The transformer 42 limits the current flowing through the primary winding 43 by increasing the no-load impedance thereof, and the turn ratio of the primary winding 43 and secondary winding 44 of the transformer 42 is set so that a current to light the light emitting diode 41 flows through the secondary winding 44. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
