摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the earthquake resistance of an existing medium/low-rise apartment house, and to realize barrier-free condition by installing an elevator facility in an aseismatic reinforcement structure. <P>SOLUTION: An aseismatic reinforcement structure added to an RC-structured existing apartment house 1 which has a 2-dwellings with 1-staircase structure is provided with an aseismatic frame 10 formed by connecting apexes of a plurality of core walls 20 (21,25), vertically erected on an underground support structure 15 at predetermined intervals on a staircase side of the existing apartment house 1, by a beam 30. The aseismatic frame 10 is laid and a passage floor 40 is built in the staircase, from which the staircase provided to the apartment house 1 is removed, at the height of each floor conforming to the height of the entrance of each dwelling unit. The aseismatic frame 10 is structurally integrated to the apartment house 1 by fixedly holding the passage floors 40 by the existing building wall side and the aseismatic frame 10 side so as to improve the earthquake resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
