摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a light with high strength and low temporal coherency. <P>SOLUTION: A ferroelectric crystal 100 comprises plural polarization inversion regions formed periodically on at least part of a region from a first end face to a second end face. A first optical system 310 emits a low coherence light from the second end face by entering a conversion light to the first end face of the ferroelectric crystal 100.
