<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device, radio communication method, program and radio communication system. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication device comprises a control unit for making the radio communication device operate as a master device or a slave device, and a communication unit for communicating with other radio communication devices according to control by the control unit.
