MANUFACTURING METHOD OF AQUEOUS EMULSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen a particle size of a resin in an aqueous emulsion in order to form a thinner coating surface of a good appearance using an aqueous emulsion material of a smaller amount.

SOLUTION: The size of an aggregation particle which exists in an aqueous emulsion can be lessened by a manufacturing method of an aqueous emulsion which includes: an emulsification step which emulsifies a resin in water to obtain an emulsified product; and a pulverizing process which gives a mechanical shear force, an impact force or a friction force to the emulsified product obtained by the emulsification step and grinds the aggregation particle to obtain an aqueous emulsion.
