<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal management system for vehicle that transfers heat with high efficiency irrespective of destination. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal management system for vehicle supplies heat to a plurality of heat transfer destinations (6, 7, 9, 10, 11) set in the vehicle through circulation of a heat transfer medium, and selects the heat transfer destination where the heat is to be transferred among the plurality of heat transfer destinations.
