The invention relates to medical devices, in particular to orthopedic dental attachments and may be used for the fixation of clasp prostheses on the abutment teeth.The attachment contains a patrix with a rod of different shape, which is connected to the base through a bridge, and an elastic matrix, the inner surface of which is made in a form mating with the outer surface of the patrix. This allows getting between them a fastening effect, due to which the fixation of prosthesis in the mouth becomes more easy and reliable. The attachment is made in the form of 6 variants.In the first variant, on the side surface of the patrix rod is made at least one protrusion, and on the inner surface of the matrix is made at least one groove corresponding to the protrusion on the patrix rod.In the second variant, on the side surface of the patrix rod is made at least one groove, and on the inner surface of the matrix is made at least one protrusion corresponding to the groove on the patrix rod.In other variants, the upper portion of the rod is made in the form of a truncated in the upper and lower part sphere. In the third variant, the lower part of the sphere smoothly passes into a neck, connected to the lower part of the rod, at the same time the bridge is connected to both the rod and the sphere.In the fourth variant, the lower part of the sphere is connected directly to the lower part of the rod and the bridge is connected to both the rod and the sphere.In the fifth variant, the lower part of the sphere smoothly passes into a neck connected to the lower part of the rod. The bridge is connected only to the lower part of the rod and the upper part of the matrix, embracing the sphere and the neck, is made closed.In the sixth variant, the lower part of the sphere is connected directly to the lower part of the rod. The bridge is connected only to the lower part of the rod and the upper part of the matrix, embracing the sphere, is made closed.The technical result consists in that it is provided a more stable fixation of prosthesis on the abutment teeth and its easier removal.
