PURPOSE: A discrete ID setting apparatus of a wireless tuner and apparatus thereof are provided to transmit unique ID information through the connection of a transmitter. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter(100) includes a hot shoe or a hot shoe connection unit. An input unit(120) receives the input of various operation modes. A communication unit(140) transmits and receives data through the hot shoe. A control unit(150) outputs an ID setup signal through the communication unit. A receiver(200) includes the hot shoe or the hot shoe connection unit. A communication unit(240) receives the transmitted signal through the hot shoe.
