The device (10) has a coil body (12) comprising a wire guiding pin (20), and a guiding opening (16) provided for a molding shaft (1) and a pressure roller, where the shaft has a set of spiral-shaped grooves (4). The pin, guiding opening and the roller are arranged, such that tangents of the roller, grooves and a guiding axis of the pin coincide with each other. A rotating drive is attached to the shaft, and a guiding nut (18) is arranged coaxial to the guiding opening. The coil body has a drive device that is attached to the pin and a lubricant supply device attached to the guiding opening.
