METHOD FOR FORMING CERAMIC COATING LAYER ON ALUMINUM SUBSTRATE

PURPOSE: A method for forming ceramic coating layer on aluminum substrate is provided to form a ceramic coating layer which has a good heat resistance and scratch resistance in aluminum substrate without a pre-processing. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming ceramic coating layer on aluminum substrate comprises following steps. The electrolytic cell in which electrolyte is inputted is prepared. The electrode in which the aluminum substrate installs within the electrolytic cell is arranged. The alternating current power supply unit for supplying the AC power source to an electrode is arranged. The power supply unit for supplying voltage and current is arranged to electrolyte. The AC power source is applied through the alternating current power supply unit in the electrode. The voltage and current are supplied through the power supply unit to electrolyte and the ceramic coating film is formed on the aluminum substrate.
