PURPOSE: A heating apparatus using a heat pipe is provided to improve the response rate and save the heat energy required for heating by conveniently assembling a heat pipe with a floor material. CONSTITUTION: A heating apparatus using a heat pipe comprises a distributing pipe(200), a collecting pipe(800), a heat pipe and a floor material(400). The distributing pipe is arranged in the room ground and has a room(210) in order that the heated heat transfer fluid is passed through in inside through a boiler. In order that the heat transfer fluid is passed through in inside and it is collected to the boiler side while being arranged in the location discrete from the distributing pipe to the vertical direction and the collecting pipe has a space portion(810). The floor material is settled on the top of the heat pipe and transfers the heat delivered from the heat pipe to indoor.
