PURPOSE: A camera module including a MEMS actuator is provided to reduce the process by improving the electric reliability and connection between the electric pad of a substrate and the electrode terminal of a MEMS actuator. CONSTITUTION: A camera module including a MEMS actuator comprises a substrate(100), a housing(200), a lens barrel and a MEMS actuator(400). The substrate comprises an electrode terminal(110) in the bottom. The housing is stacked in the top of the substrate. The outer portion of the housing covers up the electrode terminal. The housing forms an optical path space in the central portion. The lens barrel is accepted to the optical path space of the housing and fixes one or more lens. The MEMS actuator is installed on the top of the lens barrel and forms an electrode pad in one side. |
