The coil design features electrical connectors at both ends and assembly grooves to facilitate multiple coil assembly modules to be seamlessly cascaded to increase its output force. Hence only a sinqie standard coil assembly module needs to be produced instead of multiples of different sizes which also enable localized replacement of any damaged coil assembly module. The concentrated coils arrangement allows for ease of coil manufacturing and less prone to damage when compared with manufacturing coils that are overlapping. Fig. 1A more productive and efficient method of coil assembly is proposed.
