<p>The present invention is a dispersant for inorganic pigment having pH of 6.0 or lower, which includes a partially neutralized product of (A) polymer of (a) [err],[err]-unsaturated carboxylic acid or (B) copolymer consisting of 80% to 99% by mole of a unit derived from (a)[err],[err]-unsaturated carboxylic acid and 1% to 20% by mole of at least one unit selected from the group consisting of a unit derived from (b) (meth)acrylic acid ester and a unit derived from (c) (meth)acrylic acid ester of polyalkylene glycol, based on 100% by mole of the total of (a), (b) and (c), and wherein 20% to 80% by mole of the acid group is partially neutralized with ammonia or organic amine.</p> |
