ENERGY RECLAIMING SYSTEM FOR AN ELECTRIC FORKLIFT TRUCK

PURPOSE: An energy recovering system of an electrical forklift truck is provided to prevent cavitation on a hydraulic pump or the slow operation of a secondary consumer since an energy recovering unit is supplied to the return line of working fluid, so return fluid is sent to an oil tank. CONSTITUTION: An energy recovering system of an electrical forklift truck comprises a main control valve device(20a), and a control lever(32). The main control valve device comprises an electronic unit(1), a hydraulic pump motor(2), a lift cylinder operating unit(30), and a secondary consumer operating unit(41). The electronic unit operates with a motor in rise of a working machine and with a generator in fall of the working machine. The hydraulic pump motor is connected to the electronic unit and performs two functions as a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor. The lift cylinder operating unit is connected to the hydraulic pump motor and operates a lift cylinder(3).
