FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, ophthalmology and can be used for estimation of state of eye socket and lachrymal apparatus in patients with injuries and post-trauma deformations of eye socket. Spiral computer tomography of facial skull is performed with application of contrasting by introduction into lachrymal canaliculi of composition with the following component ratio, wt %: contrast preparation for intravascular introduction - 45-65, viscoelastic - the remaining part, with obtaining volume reconstruction of skull, in case if on it, at least, one sign: expansion, deformation, displacement of lachrymal sac (LS) and/or lachrymal-nasal canal in comparison with the healthy eye, is detected, probability of natural recovery is predicted. If change of LS shape due to bone deformation is detected, necessity of making bone window for creation of artificial way of outflow is predicted. If, at least, one of signs: change of location of outlet of lachrymal-nasal tract (LNT), change of shape, position, size of nasal turbinates (NT), presence of cicatricial deformities of NT, is detected, necessity of making bone window for creation of artificial way of outflow in combination with NT resection is predicted. ^ EFFECT: method ensures obtaining visual three-dimensional presentation of state of space of eye socket and LNT and possibility to determine treatment tactics. ^ 5 ex |
