FIELD: information technologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: methods are described to send information on a sector/a system in pilot signals of TDM, using a hierarchical structure of a pilot signal. The basic station sends many sets of bits for information on a sector/a system in multiple pilot signals of TDM. A set of bits sent in this pilot signal of TDM may include bits that have been sent in previous pilot signals of TDM. In one sample the basic station develops the first pilot signal of TDM on the basis of the first set of bits, develops the second pilot signal of TDM on the basis of the second set of bits, which includes the first set, develops the third pilot signal of TDM on the basis of all bits for information and sends these pilot signals of TDM. A terminal performs detection to receive the first detected value for the first pilot signal of TDM, performs detection on the basis of the first detected value to receive the second detected value for the second pilot signal of TDM and performs detection on the basis of the first and second detected values to receive the third detected value for the third pilot signal of TDM. ^ EFFECT: fast and efficient collection of data for detection of basic stations. ^ 43 cl, 13 dwg |
