FIELD: information technologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transmission and reception of packet data in a system of mobile communication, which supports a hybrid automatic repeated transfer query (HARQ), and, in particular, provides for a method and a device to do repeated transfer of HARQ by a packet received via permanent resources, where a HARQ process identifier is not sent. Soft combination of HARQ is ensured by provision of ratio of reflection between a packet received via permanent resources and a repeatedly send HARQ packet. Besides, if there are several HARQ packets received via permanent resources in arbitrary timing, management provision is stipulated for, in order to determine the packet to combine with an arbitrary repeated transfer packet, at the same time the appropriate processor may perform correct soft combination. ^ EFFECT: improved characteristics of permanent resources HARQ, without increasing complexity of a reception device. ^ 20 cl, 12 dwg |
