FIELD: information technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: ophthalmic microsurgeon automated workstation for keratoplasty has formatting devices in form of closed neural chains consisting of interconnected identification unit, interpolation unit, extrapolation unit, a unit for estimating the next values of identified parameters, a unit for analysing and assessing degree of breakdown of the cornea, a decision unit, wherein inside each neural chain, each unit is connected to other units of that chain in series and in parallel, and each unit of one neural chain is connected to each of the units of other neural chains via forward and reverse data flow; wherein all opposite forward and reverse data streams form a single multigraph with not less than eighteen peaks joined by not less than one hundred and fifty three directed edges. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of determining and quality of identifying diagnoses, determining indications for performing operations, high selectivity when performing operations, simulating operations, accuracy of selecting the anaesthetic manual, accuracy of providing implant and consumable materials, accuracy of determining the sequence of operations during mass reproduction of keratoplasty microsurgical operations. ^ 1 dwg |
