A thermospray surgical instrument comprises the manipulator connected to the service unit with compressor and power supply. The unit for heating the working air flow is connected with thermal probe. The heating unit is connected with spray outlets. The microcontroller in the service unit is equipped with the program for maintaining the operating parameters of air flow.
