SPACER FOR PLURAL GLAZING STRUCTURE USING PHASE CHANGING MATERIALS

PURPOSE: A pair glass spacer using phase changing materials is provided to eliminate and prevent moisture from pair glass by micro-capsulating phase changing materials in a latent heat part in the spacer. CONSTITUTION: An intermediate glass between an internal glass and an external glass is arranged at the center of a pair glass spacer(100), and at least one space is formed in the spacer. A tubular heat radiating cell(200) is installed at a latent heat part placed in the space. Phase changing materials(300) are filled in the heat radiating cell, and both end parts of the heat radiating cell is salad with a high frequency welding operation. The phase changing materials are one selected from tetradecane, octadecane, and nonadecane. One or more coating layers are formed on the phase changing materials.
