<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of and a device for molding an annular member which can be accurately formed to have a predetermined cross sectional shape even the annular member has a thick inner peripheral part and a thin outer peripheral part. <P>SOLUTION: The method of molding an annular member is directed to the molding of a bead filler 11 including a thick inner peripheral part 11a and a thin outer peripheral part 11b. The method includes a step of molding an inner peripheral part 11a by extruding, while rotating a molding table 20, a rubber R1 onto the molding table 20 using a first extruder 30 through a first mouthpiece 31 with an opening having a cross sectional shape same as that of the inner peripheral part 11a to form the rubber R1 into an annular shape, and a step of molding an outer peripheral part 11b by extruding, while rotating the molding table 20, a rubber R2 onto the molding table 20 using a second extruder 40 through a second mouthpiece 41 with an opening having a cross sectional shape same as that of the outer peripheral part 11b to form the rubber R2 into an annular shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
