<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately switch display languages of a specific application in response to a language changeover request from a user. <P>SOLUTION: When a specific application is selected using a user interface on a peripheral device management screen (600), the present invention determines (S1606) whether or not a configured display language is consistent with display language information which is specified as an argument and received at the time when the specific application is selected.
