<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable observation with a proper density and a proper contrast, in both cases of the observation with a density by reflection light and the observation with the density of an image by transmission light by making the density observed by the reflection light and the density of the image observed by the transmission light the same, even when the density is not adjusted between image data for printing the front side and image data for printing the back side. <P>SOLUTION: A double-sided printing sheet includes: a transparent or translucent support layer 11; a first image receiving layer 12 formed on one surface of the support layer and having permeability to ink; and a second image receiving layer 13 formed on the other surface of the support layer and having permeability to ink.
