<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature regulation device, etc. capable of distribution of a desired heating medium and transferring heat of the heating medium efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature regulation device is formed by metal or alloy having corrosion resistance to a specified heating medium.
