<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double retaining wall comprising a retaining wall of an anchor weight blocks and a decorative retaining wall with columns arranged at an interval on the outside of a slope, capable by easy construction work. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of rectangular columns 10 are arranged at an interval, a retaining wall 3 of anchor weight blocks that receives earth pressure is arranged parallel to the arrangement direction of the rectangular columns 10, and a tie bar 6 provided to each rectangular column 10 is connected to a bracket surface 8 of a PC board 2 used for a retaining wall in the direction approximately perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the rectangular columns 10. A decorative retaining wall 1 comprises the rectangular PC board 2 used for a retaining wall having an insertion hole 11 at the center of the back surface into which the rectangular column 10 can be inserted, and the bracket surface 8 at the outer circumference of the insertion hole 11 for fixing the tie bar 6. The surface of the PC board 2 used for a retaining wall has a plate shape extending equally in both right and left directions.
