BREAKER MONITOR AND BREAKER MONITORING CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a breaker controller controlling multiple breakers so as to reduce a cost for monitoring the breakers collectively.

SOLUTION: A breaker controller which selects one breaker to be controlled from multiple breakers and controls it comprises the following: an operation time calculation unit which calculates an operation time of the breaker to be controlled starting from the time when the breaker to be controlled is supplied with a first current for causing an on action for closing a circuit or an off action for opening; and a determination unit which determines that the breaker to be controlled works with a predetermined performance when the operation time is less than a reference operation time predetermined in accordance with breaker selection information showing the breaker to be controlled and operating mode selection information showing either of the on action or the off action.
