PURPOSE: A system for mobile terminal remote control and control method thereof are provided to enable a user terminal to access a designated network by selectively applying an application of a user terminal. CONSTITUTION: A terminal applying information processing unit(210) generates approval information about the driving of hardware, the driving of an application, and network access of a user terminal. A terminal relay environment controlling unit(150) controls the terminal applying information processing unit.
